PostDICOM helps healthcare professionals keep up with the ever-changing landscape of advanced diagnostic imaging. However, some features may not be available or may cause program crashes. Technically, RadiAnt can run on macOS systems using either the CrossOver MAC (paid) software or the open-source Wine software. We do not officially support RadiAnt on platforms other than Windows. Horos is an open source DICOM viewer for Mac. PostDICOM is one of the best DICOM viewers that offers almost all of the above features.
